IT Support Executive

We are seeking an IT Support Executive to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. This role suits a proactive professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting users, and contributing to a productive and secure IT environment.

What you’ll do

  1. Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, or in-person
  2. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  3. Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and applications
  4. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
  5. Assist in maintaining IT assets and inventory
  6. Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers or vendors
  7. Ensure compliance with IT policies and security procedures
  8. Document support requests, solutions, and system updates

Requirements

  1. Degree or diploma in information technology or a related field
  2. 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
  3. Good understanding of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills

Technical skills

  1. Operating systems: Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux (basic)
  2. Hardware: Desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices
  3. Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, basic routing
  4. Applications: MS Office, Outlook, email clients
  5. Knowledge of help desk ticketing tools is a plus
