IT Service Desk Manager

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong background in process implementation and management desired
  • Deep knowledge of Office 365 suite, Freshdesk and JIRA is essential.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, RingCentral or similar systems advantageous.
  • Clear and confident communicator Strong management skills.
  • Able to work 9.00 am-5.30 pm UK time Monday-Friday with on call rota
