IT Manager

Key responsibilities

1. IT operations management – Manage and maintain the company’s IT systems, networks, hardware, software, and daily technical operations.
2. System & network support – Ensure smooth functioning of computers, servers, CCTV, printers, internet, email systems, and internal networks.
3. Data security & backup – Implement proper data security procedures, system backups, and IT risk prevention measures.
4. Technical support – Provide timely IT support to departments and resolve technical issues efficiently.
5. Vendor coordination – Coordinate with IT service providers, software vendors, and internet/telecom suppliers.
6. Team & asset management – Maintain IT asset records and manage IT-related purchases, upgrades, and maintenance.

Requirements

1. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in IT management or a similar role.
2. Experience working in a group of companies or multi-location environment will be an added advantage.
3. Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, software, CCTV, servers, and system troubleshooting.
4. Ability to manage IT security, backups, and daily support requirements.
5. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
6. Relevant IT qualification, diploma, or degree preferred.
7. Must be reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
