IT Business Analyst

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented business analyst to join our growing team and contribute to ERP implementation and digital transformation projects.

What we’re looking for

1. 2-3 years of experience in business analysis or ERP implementation
2. ERP domain knowledge: Accounting, inventory, manufacturing & HR
3. Experience with BRDs, FRDs, user stories
4. Agile methodology knowledge
5. Strong Excel, data analysis & reporting skills
6. Excellent written & verbal English communication

Responsibilities

1. Gather, analyze & document business requirements
2. Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories & process flows
3. Coordinate with stakeholders, devs & project teams
4. Support ERP implementation, config & testing
5. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)
6. Facilitate workshops & training sessions
7. Track project progress, risks & deliverables

Added advantages

1. Experience with Odoo ERP or Microsoft Dynamics
2. Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or MS Project
3. ERP or software implementation experience
4. PMP, Scrum, PMI-PBA, or IIBA certifications
5. Power BI, SQL, or process automation tools
