Intern – SAP

What you need to do

• Guide and support the internal SAP support team on all SAP support related activities.
• Work with departments to identify requirements, discuss with management on approvals and convert business requirements to processes and implement them accordingly.
• Guide the EWM Support team on all EWM related activities.
• Manage SAP user licensing and handle SAP Payments.
• Manage and administer collection centre IT Operations.
• Negotiate with vendors regarding delivery times.
• Assist with the new store team on equipment delivery and coordinate with vendors.
• Assist and guide the SAP Support team on all SAP related activities such as pricing, item activations etc.
• Coordinate with the finance department regarding month end activities.
• Handle IT related vendor payments.

What we are looking for

• Should possess a Degree or are in the final year of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing, Information Technology, Management or another relevant field.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel.
• Communication, teamwork, Follow up and can-do attitude, Interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills.
