Responsibilities

• Must play a leadership role in the product management product development teams
• Understand user problems, gather requirements, and create functional specifications, and user story documentation
• Create wireframes with solid knowledge of UI/UX
• Build end-user training demos, user training & certification materials
• Communicate with stakeholders across the globe; understand needs and manage expectations
• Perform product comparisons/evaluations based on sound research and proof-of-concepts

Qualification

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in business analysis/product management ideally in an international organization
• Any related additional qualifications such as CSPO/CSM/PMP/CAPM will be an added advantage
• Expert in meeting/workshop facilitation, product ideation, planning, and execution skills
• Excellent English language skills; written and verbal; especially comprehension and articulation
• Ability to grasp complex and technical concepts. and work in a fast-paced* changing environment
• Experience with cloud computing, micro-services architectures, or mobile development
• Excellent RCA and problem-solving skills
