Premier Relationship Manager

Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking. Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth, ranging from personal banking for individuals and families to business owners, investors, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans, and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management, and private banking that best suit our customers’ needs.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Premier Relationship Manager.

In this role, you will:

• The role requires specific experience and knowledge in handling high-net-worth customers and managing the portfolio for necessary growth and expected profit margins
• Maintain efficiency and ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of the external environment that will support the role.
• Be able to provide a level of service expected by HSBC standards, putting the customer at the center of everything we do
• Knowledge of Foreign Exchange guidelines
• Business growth and cost focus to ensure the portfolio grows profitably
• Sales quality maintenance with minimum validations

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Be knowledgeable on the external environment, key economic indicators
• Require good communication skills
• Ability to provide solutions to customer queries and customer handling skills
• Multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure
