HR Executive (Boralugoda – Kosgama)

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human iResource, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role within a star-class hotel or resort.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and other HR functions, particularly in a hospitality or resort setting.
• Knowledge of labour laws, compliance standards, and HR management systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to work proactively, as part of a team, and perform well under pressure.

Scope

• Manage hiring processes, from job postings to candidate selection and employee onboarding.
• Address staff concerns, promote positive workplace culture, and drive engagement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to labour laws and internal policies while supporting performance management processes.
• Oversee payroll, leave management, and employee benefits to maintain accurate records and compliance.
