We are seeking a proactive, hands-on, and people-oriented HR executive to lead the human resources function and partner with the leadership team in supporting the organization’s continued growth.

Key responsibilities

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
2. Administer employee confirmations, promotions, transfers, resignations, and exit processes.
3. Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee records.
4. Coordinate performance management and KPI review processes.
5. Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
6. Support employee engagement and culture-building activities.
7. Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labour legislation and company policies.
8. Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for management.
9. Manage payroll inputs, leave administration, attendance, and employee benefits.
10. Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
11. Drive HR process improvements and support organizational development initiatives.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in human resource management.
2. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role.
3. Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR best practices.
4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
6. High level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; HRIS experience will be an added advantage.
8. Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with business leaders.
