HR executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR executive to join our team at Embilipitiya Paper Mills (Pvt) Ltd. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and learning & development, while contributing to a positive and productive work environment. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about HR operations and people management.

Job profile

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, including interview coordination and induction programmes.
2. Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate internal and external learning & development programmes.
3. Assist in the implementation and administration of the performance management system.
4. Handle external stakeholder relationships and coordinate related HR activities.
5. Lead employee relations, welfare, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

Person profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in HRM, or professional qualification in CIPM (full or part) considered an added advantage.
2. Part qualification in CIPM will be an added advantage.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations.
4. High attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
