HR Executive

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR (preferably in the transport / logistics industry).
3. Good knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR best practices.
4. Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
6. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
7. Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.

Key responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
2. Maintain employee records and HR databases.
3. Handle payroll, attendance, leave and benefits administration.
4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
5. Support in employee relations and conflict resolution.
6. Assist in performance management and training activities.
