HR Executive

A well established leading cash on delivery service with having island wide branch network, looking for young energetic & competent candidates for the post of HR executive to its head office located at Kotte. Applicants who are from Kotte, Battaramulla and Colombo suburbs are preferred.

Personal profile

1. Age below 28 years
2. Female candidates only
3. Professional qualification in HR field or equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institute
4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
5. Possess more than 02 years’ experience in the HR field is required.
6. Good communication skills and excellent in team working
7. Should be a good team player & ready to work with time targets
8. Overall knowledge in HR functions including sourcing & recruitment, training & development, payroll management, performance management, compensations & benefits management.
9. Ability to work under pressure
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for timely decision making

Your responsibilities

1. Coordinate the staff exit/ clearance process
2. Prepare and submit timely reports – For monthly payroll processing
3. Maintain personal files & other related documents
4. Maintain and update the HRIS
5. Letter drafting (English & Sinhala)
6. Other HR related & administration assignments
