HR Executive

The HR executive will play a key role in supporting the organization’s human resource functions, including recruitment, payroll administration by managing end-to-end payroll operations ensuring accuracy and timely processing, employee relations, and HR compliance.

This position requires a proactive individual with solid understanding of payroll systems and ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Having strong interpersonal and organizational skills are must to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

  1. Manage recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
  2. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  3. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  4. Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  5. Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support
  6. Assist in organizing training, development, and welfare programs
  7. Prepare HR reports and documentation for management review
  8. Manage and process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on schedule
  9. Maintain employee payroll records, including attendance, leave, and benefits data
  10. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as EPF/ETF, PAYE tax, and other local regulations
  11. Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for management review
  12. Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and pay slips
  13. Coordinate with finance and operation teams to ensure smooth payroll operations
  14. Support HR and other documentation when required

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, accounting, business administration, or related field
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing and/or HR operations
  3. Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll software, and employment regulations
  4. Familiarity with local labor laws and statutory contributions
  5. Excellent numerical accuracy and high attention to detail
  6. Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  7. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
  8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
