Requirements

  1. A degree or equivalent professional qualification in human resource management, industrial relations, business administration or a related field from a recognized institution.
  2. 4-5 years’ experience in industrial relations or administration.
  3. Male candidate age below 38 years
  4. Strong understanding of disciplinary procedures and workplace policies
  5. Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
  6. High level of integrity and confidentiality
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Proficiency in Sinhala typing and excellent computer literacy (including MS Office and email)

Key responsibilities

  1. Handle industrial relations (IR) matters including disciplinary inquiries, grievances, and employee relations issues.
  2. Prepare investigation reports with recommendations for disciplinary action.
  3. Support grievance handling and conflict resolution processes.
  4. Maintain disciplinary records and employee documentation.
  5. Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  6. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  7. Manage day-to-day office administrative activities.
