Key responsibilities

  1. Assist in recruitment and selection processes
  2. Maintain employee records and HR databases
  3. Support onboarding and orientation programs
  4. Assist in payroll, leave and attendance management
  5. Coordinate employee engagement activities
  6. Handle general HR administration and reporting

Requirements

  1. Diploma/degree in HRM, business management or a related field
  2. 1–2 years of experience in an HR role (fresh graduates with good skills may also apply)
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle data accurately
  6. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
