HR and Admin Executive

Requirements

  • Maintain HR records on HRIS, Handle the attendance system, compile weekly and monthly reports, and day-to-day various HR functions
    in the HR department
  • Manage documentation and responsible for administration duties
  • Assist performance of operations
  • Extremely detail-oriented to ensure accuracy and quality across all tasks and complete tasks with minimum supervision
  • Administration support to ensure efficient operations of the office.

Candidate’s Profile

  • PQHRM / Degree from a recognized institute
  • Strong communication skills and leadership skills are prerequisites
  • Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Knowledge of labor laws
  • Prior experience will be an added advantage

You will be working five days a week on weekdays, Working Hours are 8:30 A.M. – 5:30 P.M.
