HR and Admin Executive
Requirements
- Maintain HR records on HRIS, Handle the attendance system, compile weekly and monthly reports, and day-to-day various HR functions
in the HR department - Manage documentation and responsible for administration duties
- Assist performance of operations
- Extremely detail-oriented to ensure accuracy and quality across all tasks and complete tasks with minimum supervision
- Administration support to ensure efficient operations of the office.
Candidate’s Profile
- PQHRM / Degree from a recognized institute
- Strong communication skills and leadership skills are prerequisites
- Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Knowledge of labor laws
- Prior experience will be an added advantage
You will be working five days a week on weekdays, Working Hours are 8:30 A.M. – 5:30 P.M.
