HR & admin executive
Principle duties & responsibilities
- Responsibility for talent acquisition and onboarding process (asst manager & below levels)
- Execution of leave and attendance process & assist in processing payroll
- Contribution towards the human capital development to achieve prevailing and future business challenges by executing effective performance management & L & D initiatives
- Ensure the efficient and smooth operation of administration functions including security, transport & premises management.
- Implement initiates to maintain highly engaged workforce & retain talent
- Ensure the all regulatory and compliance requirements in HR are fulfilled.
Requirements & qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in HR
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a star class hotel will be an added advantage
- Age below 40
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
