Job Role

• Responsible for obtaining business requirements from HNB Assurance Plc and HNB General Insurance Ltd users and preparing Software Requirement Specifications, and Design Technical specifications
• Develop program code to meet system requirements, designs, and technical specifications as per the defined software development architecture
• Testing, debugging, diagnosing, and correcting errors and faults in an application within established quality standards
• Collaborates and adds value through participation in peer code reviews, providing comments and suggestions
• Day-to-day maintenance and support of all existing applications in use

Job Pre-Requisites

• Degree in Software Engineering / IT / or equivalent
• Excellent understanding of OOA and OOD
• Should be a results-driven individual with a passion for innovation
• 3+ years of industry experience
• Excellent Code consistency and readability
• Proven development experience using C# and .NET
• Experience in Microsoft-based development including ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and .Net Core.
• Extensive experience with multiple of the following: AngularJS, Angular, Node.js, HTML5, and CSS
• Experience with work and code management tools like GitLab and GitHub
• Experience with Agile project delivery methodologies
