Responsibilities

• Work with management on planning and supporting transactions pertaining to M&A
• Perform due diligence for target acquisitions
• Work on multiple transactions at a time
• Work alongside a team consisting of personnel from the legal and offer departments
• Prepare term sheets, and purchase agreements, as well as the respective schedules
• Managing high-net-worth individuals and corporate portfolios
• Identifying key equity and fixed income opportunities
• Assist the team in Completing research reports, industry analysis, and event-driven reports
• Tracking markets, updating market news, and producing regular market reports
• Researching potential risks and returns on proposed investment decisions

Requirements and skills

• At least 2 years of experience in the capital market
• Full/ part qualification from a recognized professional accounting body and/or a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in finance/ Economics)
• Ability to plan, develop, and Management portfolios
• Experience in Macroeconomic and Industry Analysis
• Understanding of Money Manet Economics & in-depth knowledge of fixed income and equity markets
• Experience/knowledge in mergers and acquisitions
• Experience/knowledge in the Equity and FX market
