The position You will be a member of the Legal and HR department and drive the KYC/AML operation for opening, amending, reviewing, and exiting clients according to established policies and procedures


Job Functions/Responsibilities 

  • Performing the due diligence on new Clients, requesting the KYC information, and documentation, reviewing and verification of received documentation, and making an analytical risk assessment for new Clients
  • Periodically evaluate existing Clients according to established policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with relevant internal and external parties to obtain KYC documents 
  • Other Specific projects which may arise from time to time
  • Coordinating an organization’s administration system and general workflows
  • Assisting Senior Management with supervising staff, facilitating communication throughout a company, and developing procedures to make a workplace more efficient 
  • Human Resource functions include hiring, developing, and looking after employees
  • This involves functions such as training and monitoring performance

Education, Experience & Skills 

  • Degree in law or business administration or country equivalent in a related discipline together with equivalent working experience 
  • A background in HR would be an added advantage. 
  • Strong research and analytical skills  
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written 
  • Must have good planning and time management/prioritization skills 
  • Ability to work independently and also to liaise with other departments
