The Role

We are looking for a smart and talented Individual with an outgoing personality to join our Talent Acquisition Team to gear up recruitment efforts. You will be involved in sourcing, market analysis, and event management. The ideal candidate should be a real self-starter. Someone who likes to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in an IT/ SW environment
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• An outgoing personality with a good command of English is essential
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coordinate with the foreign clients
• Any professional qualification in IT and/or HRM would be an advantage
