  • Keep the HRIS updated and keep the relevant reports ready
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations
  • Ensure compliance with National labor legislations and EPF, ETF payment
  • Organizing Employee events and benefits
  • Responsible for the overall administrative functions of the company

Job Specification

  • 3 — 4 years experience in an executive or above job role
  • MBA or a Degree in HRM / PQHRM
