- Keep the HRIS updated and keep the relevant reports ready
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations
- Ensure compliance with National labor legislations and EPF, ETF payment
- Organizing Employee events and benefits
- Responsible for the overall administrative functions of the company
Job Specification
- 3 — 4 years experience in an executive or above job role
- MBA or a Degree in HRM / PQHRM
