Responsibilities

• Effective Management of the team of underwriters to ensure that company’s KPIs are met
• Work closely with the other departments and the Parent Company to ensure excellent customer experience, to maximize the performance of the whole underwriting process flow
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the underwriting process and propose changes and improvements
• Advice to parent company and employees and provide insight on the local market and best local practices in lending

Key Requirements

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and lead a high-performing team
• Self-motivated individual with results-focused, capable of consistently achieving targets and KPIs
• Proven experience in managing a continuous underwriting process flow
• Perfect understanding of loan application and underwriting processes
• Excellent English language skills
• A higher degree of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and Language proficiency
• Previous working experience in the telecommunication sector or call center will be an added advantage
