Software Engineer (Salesforce)

Requirements

• Completed a University degree in technology, computing, or related areas. Alternatively, at least three years of experience in software development and/or similar roles.
• Extensive knowledge of database schemas, database relationships, and how to query data
• Familiarity with both functional and object-oriented programming languages (python, java, etc), design languages such as HTML and CSS, querying languages such as SQL, and the ability to learn new languages quickly and fluctuate between many languages often
• Strong verbal communication skills to obtain requirements and find solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong experience in development and source control
• Experience in Agile practices
• Ability to work with Scrum Masters, project managers, delivery managers, and team members
• Highly developed analytical skills
• Creating a culture of innovation and data-driven decision making
• Ability to build effective relationships and assimilate information quickly
