Lead – Talent Acquisition

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field and/or a professional qualification in HRM
- Minimum 3 – 4 years prior experience in talent acquisition in the field of information technology is required
- Able to develop hiring strategies and attract applicants through various networks and job sites
- Able to lead the recruitment process while partnering with universities and other agencies
- Ability to work effectively, independently, and as a highly resourceful team player under pressure and within deadlines
- Proficiency in documenting processes, reporting, and analytics
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Creative and innovative thinker, who actively presents new opportunities, proposes solutions, and recommends best practices
- Ability to develop rapport and engender trust
