Requirements

• Minimum 01 Year Experience in visa consultation and form filling in a reputed organization
• Have knowledge of updated visa application requirements, handling fees, and immigration laws pertaining to countries in the Far Eastern Region
• Able to build cordial relationships with Visa Officers at Embassies and High Commissions
• Detail-oriented team player with a positive attitude and drive for excellence
• Proficient communication in English, Sinhala, and Tamil (added advantage) Responsibilities of the position
• Provide consultation, undertake Form filling and document submission verification
• Respond to customer queries, provide information, and follow up to ensure a seamless customer experience
