Executive IT Support
The Job
- Attending to user troubleshooting on site and remotely.
- Installing and upgrading computer hardware and software, system networks, printers, and scanners.
- Maintain up-to-date reports related to IT infrastructure for decision making.
- Provide end user support to employees and students to solve IT issues escalated through the help desk.
- Ability to maintain ERP systems, UPS systems, and CCTV systems.
- The Person
- Degree or Higher National Diploma in IT specializing in Networking, Cyber Security, Information Technology.
- Keen knowledge and understanding of troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in handling IT troubleshooting.
- Ability to adapt to new systems, processes, and technology.
- Excellent team player having ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of industry-standard computer hardware and software systems.
