Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
• Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare environment will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of HR practices, recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluent in MS Office and HR-related systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
