Key responsibilities

  1. Manage and organize data using Microsoft Excel.
  2. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets.
  3. Use advanced formulas and functions for data analysis.
  4. Develop pivot tables and pivot charts for reporting.
  5. Perform data cleaning, sorting, and validation.
  6. Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements

  1. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
  2. Strong experience in formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, INDEX-MATCH, etc.).
  3. Ability to work with pivot tables and data analysis tools.
  4. High attention to detail and accuracy.
  5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  6. Previous experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
  7. Good communication and organizational skills.
  8. Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
