Key Responsibilities

• Actively play a vital role in business analysis activities including problem analysis, process modeling, stakeholder analysis, and assessing and validating the solutions
• Interact with the business stakeholders to gather and analyze all the business and system requirements by devising various requirements elicitation and analysis techniques
• Formulate and review Solution Proposals, White Papers, and technical artifacts including Software
• Requirements Specification (SRS), Software Design Document (SD), Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), etc
• Develop the Product Roadmap by closely working with the technology and business stakeholders
• Analyze industry trends in the brainstorming process of future solutions
• Engage in research and gap analysis activities to propose suggestions for the evolution of the product
• Contribute to the conceptual design of the end solution and oversee the Proof-of-Concept (POC) activities
• Enhance the solution offerings and go-to-market strategies
• Conduct client presentations, user training, and product walk-through sessions
• Assist in the preparation of responses to EOIs, RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs
• Actively engage to enrich the business analysis and product management processes

Requirements and Competencies

• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in the Business Analysis discipline
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent qualification from a recognized university
• Sound knowledge of different industry-standard Business Analysis processes, techniques, and methodologies
• Good PR and organizational skills and the ability to drive multiple products in parallel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language and an outstanding level of interpersonal and presentation skills
• Demonstrated experience and working knowledge on Product Management initiatives including Product
• Design Frameworks, Design Thinking, and New Product Development (NPD) practices
• Prior experience working in the Banking and Financial Services Industry or its related operations will be an added advantage
• Possessing a professional certification such as PMI-PBA, IIBA CBAP, or IREB CPRE is highly preferred
