Primary Technical Abilities:
  • Expert (configuration, troubleshooting) in System Administration of Windows Server Operating Systems (W2K8, W2K12, W2K16, W2K19)
  • Expert (configuration, troubleshooting) in Microsoft Active Directory (architecture of forest/domain, FSMO roles, schemes, certificates …)
  • Experience configuring and managing large scale implementations of Group Policies Objects (GPO)
  • Have a solid understanding of MS Authentication technologies (LDAP, LDAPs, VPN, etc)
  • Expert (installation, configuration, troubleshooting) in VMWare
  • Deep knowledge on core infrastructure services including (but not limited to) DHCP, DNS, RADIUS, File & Print Services, WSUS, Terminal service
  • Extensive working experience with PowerShell scripting and automation Knowledge in ITIL framework
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Maintain under operational conditions the current and new Windows, AWS & VMWare platforms in respect of the Support processes
  • Build, deploy and administer/manage the current and future Windows, Linux and VMWare platforms
  • Senior level of operational support on: (Troubleshooting, incidents and problem management, Reporting and communication)
  • Assist new implementations of all System Infrastructure components such as Physical and virtual servers, Middleware components (backup, scheduling, monitoring, etc.)
  • Pro-active in ensuring stability, response time, operational consistency and life cycle over the Windows and VMWare platforms
Behavior Abilities:
  • 5+ years experience in infrastructure, with more years specifically on Windows Server and Active Directory environments
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn in the IT profession
  • Experience in International scope
  • Team player must be able to work with people within and outside of the IT department.
  • Customer service oriented
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. English speaking mandatory
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize situations and understand the business constraints
  • Willing to do some traveling
