Responsibilities

• Managing high net-worth individuals and corporate portfolios.
• Identifying key equity and fixed income opportunities.
• Assist the team in Completing research reports, industry analysis, and event-driven reports.
• Tracking markets, updating market news, and producing regular market reports.
• Researching potential risks and returns on proposed investment decisions.
• Assist in the preparation of required documents for the deals and transactions carried out by the tie company.

Requirements and skills

• At least 2 years of experience in the capital market
• Full/ part qualification from a recognized professional accounting body and/or a Business Management Degree
• Experience/knowledge in the Equity and FX market
• Experience/knowledge in Mergers and Acquisitions will be an added advantage
• Knowledge/ Experience in SEC compliance will be an added advantage
