Qualifications & Educational Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an HR Assistant or Officer category in reputed organization
• Should have to have HR professional qualification in an institute (Degree or Diploma)

Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain a good inter-relationship between co-workers
• Ensure to maintain Absenteeism & labour turnover
• Support the Production team to achieve daily/weekly production ta rgets
• Coordination with operational team where HR support needed
• Overall responsible for functional efficiencies of factory administration, Housekeeping, Security, Canteen and Transportation
• Maintain a good discipline of workers by doing periodically monitoring
