Senior System Engineer for Microsoft Support

As part of the expansion of our business in Citrix, Microsoft products, and another portfolio, we are currently seeking candidates who are highly skilled and motivated to Build, Grow, and Excel with DMS Electronics.

The Role

• You will deploy, configure & troubleshoot the Windows 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2019 Operating Systems platforms
• You will deploy, configure & troubleshoot the windows Server’s applications such as Active Directory, Exchange, System Center Products, and cloud technologies such as Azure, Windows 365, etc
• You will be responsible for deploying and managing HA clusters in the Microsoft products portfolio.
• You will handle Windows platform migration and its application migration such as Active Directory, Exchange, etc
• You will deploy and troubleshoot Citrix product portfolios such as XenApp, XenDesktop and Workspace One, etc
• You will support pre-sales activities and will be responsible for attending pre-sales calls such as customer meetings, preparing technical proposals and running technical Presentations, etc
• You will perform DEMO, and POC and educate customers and the internal sales team on the products of Citrix, Microsoft, and others.

The Profile

• Good IT knowledge backed by a degree in IT/Computer Science or a similar formal qualification
• Preferably 3-4 years of proven experience working in a similar environment
• The candidates should be certified in Microsoft products (MCSE is preferable) and Citrix (CCA is preferable)
• The ideal candidates should have a fair knowledge and hands-on experience in Windows Servers, Active Directory infrastructure, Microsoft Cloud technologies such as Azure and O365, and the latest Citrix technologies
• Citrix, VMware, Network, and security competencies will be added advantages
• Pre-sales skills   
• Good communication skills
• Should be a good team player and have Leadership skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Must be willing to work extended hours to ensure customer delight
