Intern – Ideamart
The job:
- Liaise and follow up with service providers regarding service onboarding and service testing (phone/email/skype)
- Liaise with end users regarding satisfaction surveys and investigations
- Take part in client meetings and elaborate customer requirements accurately
- Handling complaints escalated to business team end to end within SLA
- Apply basic configurations and data in ideabiz platform
- Data analysis and Business case analysis (proficiency in Excel, or some knowledge in data analysis tools preferred)
- Preparation of required management reports on a daily/weekly basis
- Proof-read and create documentation, user guides, videos, and images
- Participate in various events and outreaches for the Developer community
The Person:
- Should have passed AL, and OL Mathematics, ICT, and Language capability
- Should be studying for a Degree in IT & Business, or Business degree with some IT qualifications
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- A dynamic personality who is eager to take on challenges
