IT Security Manager

You should ideally

• Possess a degree in Computer Engineering or a full professional qualification in IT acceptable to the Bank. A qualification in CISSP / CEH will be a definite advantage
• Possess 8 years experience in IT in the domain of Banking & Finance, out of which at least 2-3 years experience in IT Audit and implementing/supporting IT security
• Possess a fair knowledge of security products and the latest security frameworks
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

You will be responsible for

• Supporting the IT team in securing the IT Systems and infrastructure by analyzing, recommending, and following up on recommendations
• Supporting the standards and compliance efforts of the IT department
• maintaining and developing IT Procedure Manuals
• Liaising with the Auditors/ external security partners
• Coordinating periodic reviews of access and new systems
• Recommending appropriate controls to minimize the IT security threats
• Coordinating with external departments and submission of necessary reports
• Conducting IT Security training
• Coordinating IT DR activities
