HR Executive

We are a well-established, ISO-certified processing company, engaged in the production, processing, and marketing of a wide range of chicken products under “The Delmo brand. Due to the expansion of our operations, we are seeking the services of the following professionals to support our growth.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill carder requirements
• Conduct & coordinate the interview process
• Identify and analyze training needs, prepare a training calendar, and execute the same to fulfill identified training needs
• Conduct induction and familiarization programs for all new recruits
• Grievance handling and counseling
• Handing welfare facilities
• Monitoring daily attendance and leave

Requirements

• A diploma in Human Resources Management
• Good knowledge of English
• Previous experience of at least 2-3 years in a similar capacity
• An outgoing personality with a positive attitude and efficiency in multitasking
• Ability to develop effective interpersonal relations with cross-functional teams
• Computer literacy and excellent communication skills
