The Role
- Handling visa requirements of all customers including filling and uploading all necessary documents to the relevant consular sites.
- Visa submission and collection
- Visa Consultation on the requirements for applying for visas
- Advise on the Immigration Services such as visa extensions, passport extensions, and new passports.
- Lodging applications on behalf of the client where applicable with the immigration.
- Timely collection of monies due for the services provided
- Promoting visa services among Agents, Institutions, Associations, Corporates, etc
The Individual
- Thorough knowledge of visa requirements of all relevant countries
- 3 – 4 years of experience in visa handing
- A good relationship with the staff at the various consular offices and the Immigration department
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of using the Sabre GDS system and issuing tickets will be an advantage
