Team Leader – Security and Surveillance

A member of the David Pieris Group, we are engaged in developing a water park to international standards in Bandaragama to complement our internationally accredited karting circuit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security & surveillance functions and make recommendations related to the company premises
• Carry out periodical and spot inspection visits to determine required preventive/corrective actions
• Gather and maintain surveillance details related to the company premises and its operations to maintain a high level of intelligence
• Conduct / assist in investigations and preparation of preliminary inquiry reports on misconduct and incidents related to security/safety matters
• Maintain cordial relationships with police, government establishments, and other related social service institutions to fulfill company requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Security, Surveillance, and Safety Operations in the corporate sector coupled with prior work experience in Tri Forces / Police Department
• Sound knowledge and experience related to compliance / standard procedures would be a definite advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English along with proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel / MS Word / MS PowerPoint)
