Travel Assistant

Requirements

• Proficient speaking and writing skills in English, Sinhala, and Tamil
• Self-motivated, Team player, friendly and outgoing personality
• Basic Geography and destination condition knowledge
• Familiarity with GDS use

Qualifications

• G. C. E. OIL
• Completed or Following an IATA accredited foundation course in airline ticketing and reservations

Experience

• Minimum 1-year of experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage

Responsibilities of the position

• Assist in handling travel queries, providing quotes to meet client requirements
• Assist the Divisional Head in all aspects of operations
