Senior Executive – HR

We are looking for a dynamic individual with extensive experience in Human Relations management for the position of Senior Executive H R for one of the largest Automotive Companies in Sri Lanka.

Responsibilities

• Support group strategic HR Initiatives
• Support in talent engagement and development
• To be involved in succession planning HR analytics & Projects.
• To be involved in day-to-day divisional activities

Requirements

• A degree in HRM or any related qualification
• 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role as an executive role
• Comprehensive knowledge & experience covering all related fields in HR
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Sinhala
• Exposure to international HRM will be an advantage.
