ROLE PROFILE
- Assisting end to end company recruitment Process.
- Assist to arrange company induction & on-boarding activities.
- Assist to the tasks related to the processing of company payroll (attendance, leave management etc.)
- Assist to Basic HR Operation activities.
- Assist to prepare day to day HR related reports.
- Assisting with task related company employee relation processes.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- BSC Human Resource Management, Business Management or Business Administration from a recognized University or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management.
- Proficiency in MS Office Packages, MS Word and MS Excel.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
