Business analyst | coordinator to managing director
We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic individual for the following position at our head office situated in Colombo 02.
Roles & responsibilities
- Acts as the point of contact among CEOs/ COOs/ functional heads.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage, setup meetings and follow up from meetings.
- Analyze and format information for internal and external communication-memos, emails, presentation, etc.
- Managing data bases and should possess analytical skills to support the decision-making purpose.
The ideal candidate should
- A degree in management / accounting and/ be a fully or partially qualified CIMA.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to details.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
- Academic and relevant professional qualification.
- Proficiency in Windows, including MS word, Excel and Power point, knowledge on ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- The ability to work on digital platforms like BI tools will be an added advantage.
