Manager — Human Resources
Our client is a reputed and well-established group of companies in Sri Lanka.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar capacity in a reputed organization, managing the overall HR functions such as talent acquisition & talent management, employee engagement & retention, succession planning, T & D, performance management, HRIS, LT matters, disciplinary Inquiries, liaising with state authorities and etc
- Degree / Professional Qualification in HR Management or Law from a recognized University/institution or an Attorney—at—Law. A postgraduate qualification in HR would be a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala and the ability to communicate in Tamil will be a plus
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal, Problem Solving, and Leadership skills
- Preferably a candidate aged below 45 years
