Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
• Conduct workshops and gather functional requirements to design and implement Odoo ERP solutions.
• Customize and configure Odoo modules to meet client needs.
• Provide training and support to end-users during the implementation phase.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo implementations.
• Stay up to date with the latest Odoo developments and advise on best practices.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Odoo ERP modules, customization, and configuration.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into Odoo solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Problem-solving mind-set with attention to detail.
  

Education Qualification

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting.
  

Value Additions

• Having an “Odoo Certified Functional Consultant” certification will be considered an added advantage.
• Partial qualification in ICASL, CMA, ACCA or CIMA would be considered an added advantage.
