Assistant manager – performance management & data analytics

Job duties & responsibilities

  1. Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s performance management system (PMS) across all departments.
  2. Develop, monitor and analyze KPIs and key results (KRs) to drive organizational performance and support strategic business objectives.
  3. Prepare performance dashboards, reports and insights using Power BI and other analytical tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  4. Collaborate with department leaders to conduct performance reviews, recommend improvements and strengthen succession planning initiatives.
  5. Support the enhancement of HRIS and HR technology by driving the digitization and automation of performance management and other HR processes.

Qualifications & pre-requisites

  1. Bachelor’s degree in HRM/ business administration/ data analytics or a related field.
  2. Age is preferably below 35 years.

Relevant experience

  1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the capacity of managerial role in related functions with minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance management, KPIs development and tracking, OKR framework, data analytics.

  1. Strong skills in Power BI, Excel.
  2. Maintaining confidentiality.
  3. Proficient in performance management systems and tools.
  4. Multitasking ability.
  5. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work with the minimum supervision and handle correspondence independently.
  7. A good team player with impeccable work ethics.
  8. Professional qualifications in IT/analytics is an added advantage.
