Assistant Manager – Leasing Marketing
As an Assistant Manager – Leasing Marketing, you will be responsible for driving branch business growth, profitability, and operational excellence while ensuring effective execution of leasing and lending strategies. The role involves managing and expanding the loan portfolio, achieving assigned KPIs, strengthening market presence, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards. You will play a key role in business development, partner management, credit risk oversight, and enhancing customer service standards across operations. The job role
- Oversee and manage branch-level business operations, including business growth, profitability, brand visibility, and operational efficiency.
- Plan, execute, and monitor the company’s leasing and lending strategies to grow the loans and advances portfolio in line with approved KPIs and targets.
- Drive business growth through structured marketing initiatives, portfolio development strategies, and field-based business development activities.
- Identify, negotiate, & establish new business partnerships and channels to enhance sustainable business generation.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance standards across all leasing and lending products.
- Monitor adherence to company credit risk parameters & implement proactive measures to mitigate potential risk exposures.
- Strengthen customer service standards, processes, and service quality to enhance customer satisfaction across all operational areas.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and performance support to Executive and Senior Executive staff to ensure target achievement and operational effectiveness.
Experience / qualifications / skills
- Bachelor’s degree or a professional qualification in Marketing, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or an equivalent discipline from a recognized university or institute.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the banking or finance industry.
- Sound knowledge of fintech-based lending and financial products, credit evaluation, business development, and market insights.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field and achieve targets with minimal supervision.
- Computer literacy with a good command of MS Office applications.
- Possession of a valid riding or driving licence will be an added advantage.
