Assistant manager – financial analysis

Who we’re looking for

• Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.
• A degree in finance, banking, accounting, business administration or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in corporate lending or a related field in executive capacity.
• Sound knowledge of credit appraisal, corporate lending and financial analysis.
• Ability to analyse financial statements, cash flows and repayment capacity.
• Knowledge of financial projections, DSCR, sensitivity analysis and credit risk assessment.
• Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Age limit: 40 years.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial statements, cash flows and the financial performance of corporate clients.
• Conduct credit assessments, evaluating repayment capacity, key risks and appropriate risk mitigation measures.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing credit proposals, renewals and facility enhancements.
• Prepare financial projections, DSCR, sensitivity analyses and other credit-related analyses.
• Monitor portfolio performance, arrears, covenants and early warning indicators.
• Support the corporate business unit in ensuring sound credit decisions and compliance with credit policies and regulatory requirements.
