We are seeking young energetic & qualified individual for the below mentioned positions for our factory located in Matugama.

Requirements

1. HR degree/diploma in human resources management or equivalent professional qualification.
2. More than 06 years working experiences with similar capacity in manufacturing sector.
3. Ability to handle overall HR functions of company.
4. Should have thoroughly knowledge on labour legislation and standards.
5. Should have ability to work independently and handling of HR team.
6. Ability to drive the HR team to achieving its corporate objectives.
7. Capability to take disciplinary actions independently with conducting inquiries.
8. Should have good knowledge in IT.
9. Good oral and written communication in English.
10. Age below 40 years.
11. Preferences would be given to those who are close proximity to Matugama.
