Visa Consultant

We are a leading travel partner who is looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and resourceful individual to hire as a Visa Consultant.

Requirements

• Minimum 03 years of experience in the relevant capacity
• Should have sound knowledge of updated visa application requirements, handling fees, and immigration laws pertaining to countries in the far eastern region
• Should be able to build up a cordial relationship with visa officers at Embassies and High Commissions
• Detail-oriented team player with a positive attitude and drive for excellence
• Proficiency in oral & written communication (English & Sinhala) and Tamil would be an added advantage

Job Role

• Provide consultation, undertake form filling and document submission verification
• Respond to customer queries, provide information, and follow up to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Any other Visa related duties.
